My second stay in a week. Remains an excellent place to stay.
Bathroom in standard room small for two people! Location of toilet paper very uncomfortable.Internet access through a provider, with the same levels of unpleasantness as we have in Europe. We used two notebooks. When we switched payment started again. Fantastically outrageous. Devalues the place especially in China where internet in Chinese 5 star hotels is free and easy!

The Pullman has a eputation to defend and that is what they do at Baiyun Interantional Airport! A short walk from the hotel's third floor brings you to gate 12 of the airport. The walk there is nor more than 200 meters, rain protecte by a well designed canape and for those who have luggage there is buddy and a helpful hand! This is the way to travel. Wonderful and exciting! Large rooms, excellent food, most courteous staff! Come and enjoy! They walso were nice to me, gave me a queen size bed, which as remarked by others is a delight in itself.
The gentleman complaining about the open window to the bathroom, should just try the switch in the bathroom to get a very nice curtain down!

I stayed at the Pullman for one night whilst waiting for my flight home - it was a great easy and v pleasant night before having to endure a 15hr flight! :) It was pricier than I would have liked but the location was worth it.
The restaurant in the hotel was quite pricy and food wasnt very good!
